TOPIC: Quality and Productivity Metrics in Agile Development presented by Jim Schiel, CEO Artisan Software Consulting LLC

In most implementations of Agile Development, there is a need to 1) ensure that product quality is at least maintained if not enhanced by the use of Agile methods and practices and 2) identify an appropriate way to measure team performance in a manner consistent with and supportive of Agile principles. In this presentation, we will look at implementations of Scrum with XP practices and review how to set high-quality criteria for your team within the context of the Scrum framework. We will also look at metrics that will give you a way to realistically measure Scrum team performance and what to do with those metrics once you have them!
