Chaikin Power Tools needs a User Story Writer! Chaikin PowerTools, the maker of personal investment tools, has an opportunity for one or more people experienced in User Stories. Story writing is a serious bottleneck for their small company. As they try to figure out how to make this role work inside an Agile approach, this contract opportunity may vary from 40 hours to part-time. They are looking for talented individuals who might help them adapt this phase to better serve the way and speed which they would like to work.

Chaikin Stock Research is a Philadelphia-based startup, building apps based on institutional quality analytics that are easily understood by the individual investor.

Wanted: an Expert C#/Xaml developer

Location is Norristown, PA

Compensation: $70/hr +- DOE

We are looking for an expert Xaml/ C# programmer with experience using Ninject and TDD framework tools to complete our highly advanced development team.

Position is for a senior level contract developer for a long term Microsoft enterprise project in the greater PHILADELPHIAregion.

This is an aggressive project using green field technologies to integrate a number of older legacy systems into one, powerful visualized workflow. A great long-term opportunity for a passionate developer looking for a serious, engaging environment. You will be an important contributor on a team committed to true Agile/Scrum, and TDD to successfully deliver mission-critical software.

Deep knowledge of WPF/Xaml and C# programming is IMPERATIVE- candidates must be able to demonstrate proficiencies in advanced Xaml programming, with particular skills in MVVM, binding expressions, styles and templating, dependency properties, and markup extensions.

Familiarity with agile patterns and test driven development methodologies is a must, with implicit understanding of dependency injection, IoC containers, mocking, pertinent enterprise design patterns such as MVP, ORM, ETL, and general loose coupling practices.

Ideal candidates should also possess a deep knowledge of C#, with experience designing for multi-threading, distributed messaging, abstract typing/loosely coupled architectures, and hands-on knowledge of the latest .Net SDK.

Experience using enterprise development tools is preferred, with particular experience using Ninject or Castle Windsor, nUnit or equivalent unit testing framework, and a Continuous Integration build system such as Team City or Cruise Control.

The ideal candidate would also have experience building client applications targeting the .Net 3.5 framework or later, with experience using WPF/Xaml, WCF, C# 3.0, and a strong history of working with different people in different development/design roles.

Experience with the latest C# language features is preferred.

This is also an ideal opportunity for strong Xaml programmers with some C# experience who are interested in learning the emerging Microsoft

side of the enterprise development community.
