• Create and establish QA processes in line with the Agile software development methodology in use at ClickEquations
• Work as a member of a high energy Agile (Scrum/XP) team focused on delivering high quality software
• Develop test plans, test cases, automated scripts, test harnesses and expected results.
• Lead cross-functional teams in preparing for and executing the tests.
• Establish test environments including database requirements, hardware and software.

• Bachelor’s degress in Computer Science or a related field with a minimum of 4 years experience.
• Experience testing complex, data intensive enterprise software products.
• Expert-level experience with QA function within agile development environment
• Experience with test automation tools used to test data intensive, SaaS and web based applications.
• Experience with test automation tools used in an Agile software development environment
