That's why HolacracyOne co-founder Brian Robertson is hosting a free webinar on how to use Getting Things Done® for more than just personal productivity.

More about this FREE Introductory Holacracy™ Webinar  with Brian Robertson

This workshop introduces the core principles and practices of Holacracy through both lecture and hands-on experiential simulations:

  • Learn about organizational habits that come from a “Waterfall / Predict & Control” mindset, and get a first-hand feel for Holacracy’s “Dynamic Steering” alternatives
  • Experience the Integrative Decision-Making process used by teams in the transformative Governance Meetings, and see how it integrates multiple perspectives
  • Experience Holacracy's lightning-quick, action-focused Tactical Meetings
  • Interactively explore Holacracy’s self-organizing structure and double-linking paradigm and learn how it scales and links Agile teams to the rest of the
