There is a new Agile Leadership Certification from Scrum Alliance.
Member Don MacIntrye ( co-Founder of AgileDelaware )
will discuss Agile Leadership and the new Certified Agile Leadership (CAL) workshop available from the Scrum Alliance.
This talk focuses on how we as a community need to help better prepare our leaders for leading in agile environments.
As a consultant and exec, Don has led many agile transitions, from Fortune 100 companies to late-stage startups, and will share what a difference leadership can make in the success or failure of a transition.
