the first session of the Business Agility Practitioners of New Jersey meetup happens.

Speaker: Michael Spayd

Michael will be focusing on some of the things that are typically overlooked in a transformation, such as the internal meaning-making mechanism within leaders, the constraints imposed by shared mental models that emergently create organizational culture, how people become unsettled working in turbulent and mistrustful environments, along with a dearth of research-based and practical methods to work with these areas on developing leaders, mindset, and culture.
