What would you like to get out of being a member of agile philly?
Sharing knowledge and lessons learned on best practices in cultural transformations toward a lean/agile enterprise, both at the broad enterprise level, as well as more tactical methods and techniques for multi-disciplinary teams to improve their product development flow. In the case of the former, I think of exploring ways to achieve the principles set out by Don Reinertsen's Principles of Product Development Flow, and improving techniques for managing new product development. Examples of the latter goal would be discussions on being a better Agile coach, User Story mapping (I love Jeff Patton's book), exploring how other teams manage technical debt, getting more out of retrospectives, and general devops (primarily CICD). Most importantly, I hope to learn about new approaches, techniques, and tools with which I may be unfamiliar.
