There are plenty of articles, blog posts, and books that someone new to Agile might find on the topic. However, a good number of those assume familiarity with words like "Stand-up", "Velocity", "Story Points". The resources that do explain such terms may take a glossary-like approach which may not put everything in context.
This session will take the participants through the life of a real Agile project with the help of a pictorial guide. We will be calling out "buzzwords" as and when they can be spotted. These include activities like Iteration Planning, information radiators like Burn-up charts, and roles like Iteration Managers.
