Organizational Change

Topic

Organizational Change: The successful adoption of agile techniques in an organization has more to do with organizational transition than a new software development process. The simple values and principles of agile development provide the underlying structure for new organizational behaviors. These changes require leadership at all levels of the organization. Please join Bob Schatz for a discussion of how to become an agent of change in your organization, and thus help move the adoption of these techniques in your organization. This is for anyone involved at any level in an organization considering or already using agile.

The meeting is open to all. If you want to attend, please RSVP via email to Naresh Jain at nashjain@gmail.com ASAP. Please include your name, role and organization.
