Notes, Directions and Schedule For the AgilePhilly October 21st 2019 All Day Conference
Our conference is part of the International AgileTour The AgileTour is a way for enthusiasts of Agile to spread the word about Agile practices and to share their experiences, both good and bad, within their local community.

All sessions must fit within one hour. This includes Q&A.
Lunch is provided free to speakers.
$30 Lunch is the total cost of the Ticket to the conference and for Lunch.
Bulk payment of tickets for an entire company or department are available
Sponsorships for the Conference are available for $100 ( There are no vendor tables, but the opportunity to hand our your special raffle prize and other SWAG)
A shuttle from the SEPTA train to the event is available. Two weeks prior, you must contact

TRAVELLING WESTBOUND IN THE MORNING, THE PA TURNPIKE IS A PARKING LOT from BENSALEM to KING of PRUSSIA. INCLUDE TRAVEL TIME IN YOUR MORNING PLANS.
EXIT 320 on the Pa Turnpike is EZ-PASS ONLY. You cannot pay cash there. If you are without EZ-PASS, use the King of Prussia Exit instead.
If using the PA Turnpike EZPass Exit 320 at Malvern, you will go South on Rte 29
The directions when leaving the Turnpike are . . . LEFT at the light.
LEFT at the 3rd Light is Valley Stream Parkway.
Go 0.45 miles then make a LEFT into #55 Valley Stream Parkway at the sign for “ CERNER Healthineers “
Follow the Service Road around to the Parking Garage of Building III
The entrance and Security Desk with Welcome Table is on the ground floor of the Parking Garage.
so you can park anywhere in or near the parking garage.
Directions From Rte 202 when you are going north
( Suggested Route for people coming from New Jersey )
Exit off of Rte 202 at Malvern, home of Penn State Great Valley and Microsoft
The exit is labeled "Rte 29 NORTH ... GREAT VALLEY "
At the light on the service road Matthews Road, take a RIGHT. At the Super Wawa, Make the RIGHT onto Rte 29 North.
After going over Rte 202, make a RIGHT at the light onto Swedesford Road.
At the SECOND stoplight, make a LEFT onto Valley Stream Parkway
Enter at the THIRD driveway on your RIGHT = This is 55 VALLEY STREAM PARKWAY,
This is the service road that works around the parking lots.
The road will curve to the left to a parking garage in back of the Cerner buildings to your left.
The entrance and Security Desk with Welcome Table is on the ground floor of the Parking Garage.
so you can park anywhere in or near the parking garage.
FROM DOWNTOWN
If you are coming from the airport or Downtown Philly, then you will not take the PA Turnpike at all. The Turnpike will not be a concern. You will probably go North on the Schukyll Expressway and at King of Prussia, go to Rte 202 South. Pay attention to the lane directions at the merge-curve.
Or you will take the SEPTA train from 30th Street Station to the Malvern Train Station and tell us if you want to use the shuttle from the Malvern Train Stn AgilePhillyCoordinators@YahooGroups.com? Subject=Shuttle
DIRECTIONS FROM THE AIRPORT AREA . . . AND FOR PEOPLE FROM SOUTH JERSEY . . . AVOID THE PARKING LOT - PA TURNPIKE WESTBOUND in the MORNING
One option is to go I-95 North to the Schulkyll Expressway I-76 North to King of Prussia and then Rte 202 South.
From South Jersey, I prefer the Commodore Barry Bridge to Rte 322 North to Rte 202 North
