Committed to helping members build better software

I'm wondering what people think about augmenting Agile with some of the dynamics found in open-source communities.  It breaks some of the rules, but I think it might enable true collaborative platform development.

We have been struggling with this significantly for the past couple months. We have been adjusting on the tech side but I think the missing point is the capabilities backlog. I can't wait to show my office your slides. I'll let you know how we make out.

Floated this by our head product owner yesterday and he was asking about how to appropriately assign Business Analysts to the teams. If they are working across features, should they be floating or should they know all of the (user) interfaces/features? Thanks for your thoughts.
