From IT Conversations Network, I have a 2004 podcast of Ken Schwaber explaining the very compelling business case for Agile and Scrum. Has anyone seen one that's more recent?
It seems the case for Agile and Scrum would be even more compelling now, in a recovering market, as businesses are trying to respond to increased demand without increasing their expenditures correspondingly.
At the very least, give a listen to the 2004 program, at http://itc.conversationsnetwork.org/shows/detail350.html.
