GE/Durham lean self-organizing teams

It's been years since my first reading of this--but the GE/Durham story is amazing lean self-organization: http://is.gd/NvDwPR

Has anyone heard similar stories, or updates about the GE/Durham plant? It's nice to have models besides Toyota (though they're an excellent model)!

- 7:00-8:20 Main Topic/Speaker
- 8:20-8:30 Q & A , Pack-Up, More Networking
