Do you really know how you’re measuring up? Do you have a plan for growth? Do you need help setting actionable goals to produce results? Do you seek and attain meaningful performance feedback?
It’s a great time of year to take steps to plan and set new goals. But where do you start and how do you know where to focus your growth efforts. Starting with the IIBA’s Core Competency Model which identifies 30 Performance Competencies and 6 Underlying Competency Categories, we’ll learn some techniques that if applied, will up your game!
