A case study with interactive activities for attendees during this workshop. The activities are designed to enhance the learning objectives of the case study.

5:00 – 6:00 p.m. -  Networking – Recruiters with NTT DATA, Inc.  will be onsite to discuss employment opportunities

6:10 – 6:30 p.m. - Introductions

6:30 – 7:15 p.m. -  Improving Success with a Distributed Team - Presented by Greg Robinson                                         

Greg is an Agile practitioner, Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Release Train Engineer, and Agile Coach with 10+ years of experience leading Agile teams toward sprint and release goals. As a Scrum Master he helped to lead the agile transformation efforts during the integration with ING DIRECT and Capital One.  His presentation is focused on the current trends, agile values, challenges, and techniques associated with distributed teams. This presentation will give agile practitioners, leaders, and managers an opportunity to learn some tips on facilitating, serving, guiding, coaching, or being part of a distributed teams.
