AgilePhilly Mentoring Program (AMP)

AMP provides the opportunity for our members to support each other, share experiences and expand awareness of  Agile practices. Mentors hone their leadership and coaching skills. Mentees gain an outside perspective of their challenging situations with ideas to grow and overcome obstacles.

The program is informal (minimal guidelines) and no cost to mentees with no revenue to mentors. If you are interested in participating, let us know using

When expressing interest, let us know

• your location. We’ll try to pair people up so mentor / mentee are reasonably close in case they want to meet face to face;
• your job role (Agile Coach, Product Owner, Scrum Master, etc.);
• an overview of your work experience;
• for mentors, your qualifications;
• for mentees, an overview of your situation and what you hope to accomplish from the program.

Just announced is a Tri-State Agile Coaching Meetup Group -VA/MD/DC (Herndon, VA) whose goal is to provide a place for Agile Coaches to learn, grow and apply various coaching Framework, tools, and Techniques. They will be meeting monthly to discuss on topics related to Agile Coaching.
