4-PDU Class: Rapid Agile Estimating and Planning (Advanced Course) 

Come learn and practice rapid agile planning--this is a class for active agile practitioners only--leaders and developers alike.  This half-day workshop is based on a collaborative game designed to drive home advanced topics on road mapping, estimation, progressive elaboration, story mapping, agile risk management, research & spike management and story management (estimation, splitting, backlog grooming). You'll come out of this workshop ready to master your strategic and tactical planning for your own projects!

This class will count for 4 category B PMI(tm) PDUs.

Where: Conshohocken Free Library, 301 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA 19428
When: Friday, March 2, 1pm-5pm
Cost: $75 for PMPs, $199 for anyone else. Team discounts available.

AgilePhilly is a not-for-profit user group of volunteers in the Philadelphia area dedicated to better software development practices.

  • Our events are Free but you must RSVP.  We have Evening Meetings in the Western Suburbs, usually on the Third Tuesday.  They usually begin at 6:30 pm.  A sample agenda would be:
    • 6:30-7:00 pm: Eat & Greet & Network
    • 7:00-8:20 Main Topic/Speaker
    • 8:20-8:30 Q & A , Pack-Up, More Networking

  • Our Sponsors cover the cost of pizza / sandwiches for an evening.

Our attempt with the group is to provide an environment where you can exchange ideas and meet with individuals involved in agile community.
