Case studies on Value and Cost in Agile Release Planning
Agile methods continue to deliver higher quality software systems in less time than traditional processes. The two case studies presented will show how to quantify and measure the value of a project when implemented to a release plan.
By defining a release plan and showing a level of planning done in an Agile manner, where Agile promotes minimum documentation -- this talk will be useful to those new to Agile and long-time practitioners alike.
