Phil Charron , Executive Vice President, Think Company

Phil joined Think Company as their second employee in 2008. He currently consults on new business opportunities and oversees strategy. Phil has been designing, consulting, teaching, and writing about user experiences since 1992. Phil also taught Digital Design at Philadelphia University from 1995-2014 and led UX on the team that won the Qualcomm Tricorder XPRIZE in 2017.

Jennifer Clarke, Head of User Experience and Design, Vanguard

Jennifer is a UX professional, with over 15 years of experience in building or transforming new teams. Jennifer is known for her ability to scale UX teams at global and domestic levels. Jennifer has led large and diverse UX teams and is passionate about UX as a foundation for a customer-centered culture with a strong emphasis on problem obsession. Jennifer’s background includes over 15 years in the finance industry and 3 years in retail.

Jason Prunty , Senior Manager of User Experience, Billtrust

Jason arrived at UX Design by way of electrical engineering, photography, and architecture. He is an experienced Design Leader with a diverse design foundation that includes working in industrial design, designing and building computers from scratch, and teaching architecture, photography, and User Experience. When Jason is away from the office, you might find him painting in his workshop, inventing a new flavor of bagel in the kitchen, or challenging his daughters to a game of chess.

Lauren Slattery , Head of UX Strategy, O3 World

Lauren blends her passion for thoughtful user experience with a strong background in functional requirements design to craft digital products that are both practical and delightful. Lauren joined the O3 World team in 2014 and has over 8 years of experience working at companies such as IBM and higher education at Lehigh University; specializing in UX, Research, and Business Consulting. She leads our discovery and user research efforts to connect clients with their users and discover who they are, what they need, what they like, and what they’d like to see go away. .

Brad Sukala , Vice President of UX, Think Company

 Brad heads up the User Experience department at Think Company, a design consultancy with offices in both Philadelphia and Conshohocken.
