MEETING ON MONDAY May 13th
Experience stories of Big Agile Implementations
Whether doing SAFe or doing a "Home Grown" thing, Big Agile (aka Multiple Team management) is a hot topic in the industry and among our members. Local talent Bob Schatz will tell us his views of Enterprise Level Agility.
With practices emerging like Scaled Agile Framework, it seems like a lot of companies are just chasing the magic solution instead of paying the price to get better….like diets!!
If there is not a easier way, than what can we do to ensure success. That is where experience and stories provide context for our own situations.
Speaker Bob Schatz has over a decade experience with scaling agile for the Enterprise. Among his many feats, working with Ken Scwaber and others, is mentoring Stacia Viscardi, who was the speaker at AgileDelaware on Monday 04/23.
