Chris DeGonia is an eminent speaker and a 10+ years’ veteran in the Software Testing Industry.  He will be drawing a comparison between Situational Leadership and Software Testing, and how a cohesion between the two can bring about positive changes into any software delivery project.

Chris speaks about:

  • What is Situational Leadership and how to create an environment that facilitates Situational Leadership in the world of Software Testing
  • What are the benefits to be driven from such an environment
  • How can testers, test leads, or managers assess the need/risk and create positive changes within their organization

    • 8:20-8:30 Q & A , Pack-Up, More Networking
