Synopsis:  CULTURE is suddenly acknowledged as what is really happening with Agile adoptions… for example,
- *Zappos* is mandating a process change called Holacracy, a clone of Sociocracy’s circle governance…
- *Groups* interested in transforming workplace culture are sprouting, across the web & across the world…
- *The pace of change* is driving very strong business interest in culture design & redesign as a strategy for becoming adaptive…
- *Agile* itself becoming mere subtext in the wider story of how organizations sense-and-respond…
- *Young people* entering the workforce are demanding more and more autonomy…
- *Managers and company leaders* are seeking tools to design and redesign CULTURE

*As managers and leaders in organizations, how do we cope with these changes?
