NO April Meeting DOWNTOWN

AgilePhilly will not be meeting on April 16th.

And not on April 23 at the Philly ETE Conference

If someone volunteers, we could meet on the 3rd Tuesday - on National Eggs Benedict Day. 

Yes, this week is a sad one for Philadelphia. . . for April 23rd is a date of solemn tone for Philadelphians.

It is the day that a horse-drawn hearse took President  Lincoln's coffin through Philadelphia's jam-packed streets to Independence Hall. There the coffin was placed in the East Wing of the hall where the Declaration of Independence had been signed. Viewing that evening was by invitation only.

The following day April 24, thousands in the city came to see him, and Lincoln's body departed bound for his hometown of Springfield Illinois.

BUT YET, APRIL 23 & 24 ARE DAYS TO REJOICE !

For Phillly ETE is back as a Two Day Tech Fiesta - where by tradition, we always met downtown at the Sheraton Old City to share Girl Scout Cookies and good times with national speakers from out-of-town.

THIS IS ALL TENTATIVE  - SINCE WE HAVE NOT GOTTEN speakers to commit yet.

If we do meet, we will meet HALF HOUR EARLY at 6:00 PM so we all can catch the trains back home.

You do not need by get tickets for Philly ETE to attend our After-Hours Cookie Mixer & Speaker-Pundit-Powwow.
