 DBHIDS ( Phila Dept of Behavioral Health and Disabilities )\r\n\r\nDan
 iel J. Paolini is the DBHIDS Chief Information Officer.\r\nHe is respo
 nsible for leading the data governance, information architecture and b
 usiness intelligence efforts in support of the department, as well as 
 coordinating information technology efforts department-wide. His prima
 ry focus is on collaboration and integration to achieve DBHIDS objecti
 ves.\r\nPreviously, Paolini served as the Director of the Division of 
 Enterprise Data Services within the New Jersey Office of Information T
 echnology, and led significant initiatives on Recidivism and Crash Ana
 lysis.  Responsible for the award-winning YOURMONEY.NJ.GOV and the NJ
  Big Data Alliance efforts. Paolini co-founded the training firm, Data
 Star International.\r\nPaolini is an information architecture - though
 t leader in the areas of data management, information architecture, da
 ta integration, system development, technology operations, leadership 
 and planning. He has presented talks at hundreds of events in eight co
