Mike Harris of Premios Group ( previously David Consulting Group DCG ) is speaking on Fixed Price Agile Contracts.

This talk will point Product Owners to methods on how to construct contracts to achieve these outcomes using 3rd party resources.  But this talk is true for all cost-benefit evaluations, something that everyone on the team should appreciate.

    • 8:20-8:30 Q & A , Pack-Up, More Networking
