Thank to the AgilePhilly team I enjoyed the AgileTour2016

That could be, asking for it twice.  But I guess it is better to remind people we are a not-for-profit organization that gets by on the generosity of our speakers, coordinators, and vendor sponsors.

I know there are a couple of people skipping lunch, so we do allow that.  And that $40 goes far into the pizza fund deficit that we always have.

I think the tickets asks the donation question twice?

Comment by Greg Mester on October 1, 2016 at 3:47pm

John I'm donating $20 to the webpage and I'm having lunch.  So that is $40 to the organization.  But I wanted you to know that the question related to the donation is the same as skipping lunch.  However, I don't think there is need for the question when donating the monies separate from the event ticket?

Yes, it is Columbus Day, now a Monday Holiday.

Sadly, since some schools have this day off, some moms and dads are not able to join us.  (Hey I say bring the kids ! Maybe we should have a session for "Kanban at the Kitchen Table", "Planning Poker for Parents", and of course, "The Snowflake Experiment - an exercise in getting it right and making people happy"

. . . Also, the timing of the Conference day was tough as it is squeezed between two Jewish Holidays, too. . . . And next month schedule is jammed with Election Day and Thanksgiving Week.

So the meeting is going to be on Columbus Day?  I just wanted to confirm, because I actually get off that day.  So this would be perfect.  Thank you for putting the event together.
