Pair Exchange Program
I just finished the first ever pair programming exchange program!
It all started when I was at SDTConf back in October. I don't remember the exact conversation, but the question was generally if software development as a craft takes two programmers pairing together to pass on and practice the craft then how will it ever scale?

ANNOUNCEMENTS
Meetings are monthly. Get meeting reminders by joining here. We also have an Agile Philly Yahoo group.
- Our events are Free, and usually begin at 6:30 pm. A sample agenda would be:
- 6:30-7:00 pm: Eat & Greet & Network
- 7:00-8:20 Main Topic/Speaker
- 8:20-8:30 Q & A , Pack-Up, More Networking
- 6-6:30pm: Eat & Greet with members of multiple usergroups
- 6:30-8:20pm: AgilePhilly meeting (concurrent with other groups' meetings)
- 8:20-9pm: Networking with everyone
- We are always on the lookout for new ideas and new topics to energize our discussions.
- Sponsors cover the cost of pizza/sandwiches for an evening.
