I agree that progress could motivate if...<br />
- it's not a way to micro-manage employees<br />
- it's not a way to push harder on the employees<br />
- failure is also considered progress<br />
- my definition of progress is your definition of progress is my manager's definition of progress. I.e., we are aligned of what progress means.
