  B. Smith, then Mayor of Philadelphia\r\n\r\nThe image used is Philade
 lphia's memorial to the Flyers of WWI and WWII that sits near the fron
 t of the Franklin Institute on the Ben Franklin Parkway.  It was erec
 ted long after other WWI memorials, but with its gold exterior, it is 
 one of the most interesting.\r\n\r\nTheir work was to record the work 
 of Philadelphia in the Great War To End All Wars - published in 1922\r
