  changing requirements, and other complexities and challenges. We are 
 taught to always assume positive intent, but how can you assume positi
 ve intent when the circle of trust is broken? Does this lack of trust 
 mean the team is broken, it cannot recover, and the project will suffe
 r?\r\n\r\nAbsolutely not. Rebuilding trust takes hard work and must be
  earned. In this session, you will learn techniques to identify acknow
 ledge, take responsibility, reframe, and focus on so that the team can
