We learned about the parts of Ag ile that are effective, and how the various different techniques creat e synergies to contribute to successful projects. The critical factors that affect Agile were summarized and a modern theoretical model was  presented. Presenter\nTom Gradel is a PhD candidate at Temple Univer sity, CSM, and leader of several transitions to Agile.  Tom is curren tly Software Engineering and Product Manager at Guiding Technologies, a Philadelphia based startup focused on providing instructional softwa re for those teaching Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children with autism and was worked to improve memory for our soldiers with TBI (tr aumatic brain injury).
