Event Description

TESTBASH 2017 - Thursday and Friday, November  and 10 , 2017

probably at the FringeArts Theater in Philadelphia.

Well of course, we will make humourous ( sic ) jabs at the Brits, like how they cannot spell humor, but as long as they join our clan of Cheesesteak - worshippers, it will be fine.

This year's event falls on the auspicious 240 th  anniversary of the Bombardment at Ft. Mifflin, where during the siege, four hundred American soldiers held off more than two thousand British troops and 250 ships until November 10, 1777

so we invite everyone out on Saturday, Sunday Nov 12,13 for Siege Wkend at nearby Fort Mifflin.   $10 for the day

Early bird of $699 ends on last Friday in July

Year 2016 was at Fringe Arts Theater near Columbus Ave and the Riverfront in South Philly . . . I still think we should have a " Mummers and Hummers" Parade down Columbus Avenue" Imagine strutting to the sound of Saxophones and Banjos and Roaring Engines in the middle of the night.  Then culminating with the Battle of the Cheesesteaks at 9th & Wharton & Passyunk.  That'll show those Brits that South Philly never forgits.

At AgilePhilly, we have been Promoting Agile Ideas since 1776

Meetings are monthly. Get meeting reminders by joining here.

  • Our events are Free, and Evening Meetings in the Western Suburbs are usually on the Third Tuesday and  usually begin at 6:30 pm.  A sample agenda would be:
    • 6:30-7:00 pm: Eat & Greet & Network
    • 7:00-8:20 Main Topic/Speaker
    • 8:20-8:30 Q & A , Pack-Up, More Networking
  • When we meet in Center City, our timeline may adjust (there's a $5 evening rate for Parking near the Municipal Services Building, at 15th & Vine):
    • 6-6:30pm: Eat & Greet with members of multiple usergroups
    • 6:30-8:20pm: AgilePhilly meeting (concurrent with other groups' meetings)
    • 8:20-9pm: Networking with everyone
  • Our AgilePhilly events are those with the Liberty Bell Logo.  And center-city-downtown is the logo of Big Buildings - APCD But we often cross-post other User Group events in the Philadelphia, Bucks County and Jersey area. . . PB&J . . . and others, so tell us of your event to list here alongside ours.
  • We are always on the lookout for new ideas and new topics to energize our discussions.

Our attempt with the group is to provide an environment where you can exchange ideas and meet with individuals involved in agile community.
