 Conference was started by one of the founders of AgilePhilly, Narish J
 ain, and it is a great Unconference / Open Space event.\n And what mak
 es it different ?  Well, for one thing, the cost of admission is a po
 sition paper - one that you must be prepared to present on, even if it
  is a 5 minute lightning talk.  So at the initial review, all positio
 n papers are put on Sticky notes, and voted on, and the top 3 in each 
 hour are presented. \nThese were done in PSU in York, PA and are now 
 held regularly near Narish's home in India.\n\nThe upcoming SD&T Confe
