 absentee ballot is October 27th, but we recommend getting your request
  in ASAP.\r\n \r\nThe last day for Chester County Boards of Elections
  to receive mail-in and absentee ballots is November 3rd (must be rece
 ived by 8:00 P.M.).\r\nthere is a Ballot Drop-Off Box in the County Go
 vernment Services Building on Westtown Road south of West Chester.\r\n
