 nty Municipal Waste Dept and LanChes Landfill offer classes to become 
 a Master Composter?\r\n\r\nIt is three nights of classes to register y
 ourself as a Master Composter of the county.  And surprisingly, I met
  a lot of good people that way.\r\n\"The Chester County Board of Commi
 ssioners, through the Chester County Solid Waste Authority, offers fre
 e Certified Master Composting Classes. Attendance is required all thre
 e weeks to become certified.\r\nClasses are held three consecutive Wed
 nesdays from 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Trainees will learn how to compos
 t, how to construct various compost bins, how to grasscycle, leafcycle
  and how to reduce food waste by vermi-composting.\r\nThe Chester Coun
 ty Solid Waste Authority will provide training, materials, volunteer o
