 an in-depth introduction on how to apply lean thinking to software dev
 elopment processes. With an emphasis on practical application of conce
 pts, this class includes several hands-on exercises that lead particip
 ants through the steps of how to set up, operate, and continuously imp
 rove a Lean-Kanban system. Kanban key practices such as eliminating wa
 ste, work visualization, limiting work in process, managing flow, gath
 ering and use of metrics for improvement, and scaling Kanban to the en
 terprise are explored in detail and reinforced with hands on exercises
 .\r\nPenn State is a Project Management Institute (PMI®) Registered E
 ducation Provider (R.E.P.). PMPs earn 7 Professional Development Units
  (PDUs). Who Should Attend\r\nThis course is appropriate for all infor
 mation technology professionals and business analysts, including Scrum
  Master/agile coach, project managers, team leads, development manager
 s, product managers, architects, developers, testers, and CIO and CTO 
 executives involved in Agile transitions.\r\nPrerequisite(s) include c
 ompletion of the Penn State Great Valley’s Agile Business Analysis c
