 e as Craft will involve a few Lightning Talks about career followed by
  short, small group discussions about the topics that you all will hav
 e a chance to vote on.\r\n I'm looking for a couple of volunteers to g
 ive lightning talks at the begining of the night. We've got one talk l
 ined up already from Tom Marks: The Jr, Mid, & Sr. The title: Anti-pat
 tern: Using the Dreyfus Model of Skill Acquisition for more honest dev
