  will introduce participants to the framework and theories of Agile an
 d Scrum Methodologies.\nStudents will discover the benefits of transit
 ioning from a waterfall or traditional environment, and learn how busi
 ness analysts, product owners, and other key personnel can impact the 
 lifecycle of all.\nThey will learn how to properly manage user stories
  from a theme level to an epic level to a user story level. Additional
  topics include product backlog, user personas, story slicing, non-fun
 ctional requirements, and user interface design (mock-up screens). Stu
 dents will also complete a series of hands-on exercises and simulation
 s based on predetermined case studies.\nPenn State is a Project Manage
 ment Institute (PMI®) Registered Education Provider (R.E.P.). PMPs ea
