  on \"Agile is Dead, Long live Agile, A UX Oriented Approach to Agile\
 n\nAbstract:15 years ago a group of developers got together and publis
 hed the Agile Manifesto because they had uncovered better ways of deve
 loping software. Since then, some things have stayed the same, such as
  the importance of communication and collaboration, but a lot has also
  changed. Today, it’s no longer enough to build software that just s
 atisfies acceptance criteria; we need engage and delight users. In ord
 er to do that, we need a process that supports the design of intuitive
  user interfaces and exceptional user experiences.  In this talk, weâ€
 ™ll examine what parts of Agile and Agile methodologies like Scrum are
  alive and well and which have been iterated on and improved over time
 . We’ll talk about about how we use agile at O3 World to design and 
 build revenue generating products and take a look at our process, tool
 s and philosophy.  While Agile with a capital A may not be as relevant
  as it once was, the agile mindset is stronger than ever. And, when th
 e agile is combined with Design Thinking, Lean concepts and devOps and
  then truly embraced by an organization amazing are things possible.\n
